Description

The B2B Sales Executive (Business Deal Closer) is responsible for canvassing and closing business deals with prospective Clients to grow the business. He/She is also responsible for getting new Clients by presenting, promoting, and selling Phoenix Virtual Solutions services using solid arguments to prospective customers.  

 

The B2B Sales Executive (Business Deal Closer) is responsible for actively seeking out new business opportunities with current and prospective customers through cold calling, email outreach, and social media with the aim to generate new Clients. This position requires the acquisitions and strategic management of new and existing account through high-level knowledge of the product, ability to create and develop strong customer relationships.  

Responsibilities
  • Source new Client opportunities through lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails  
  • Answer questions about the services offered by the company  
  • Closes Business Deals over the phone and video calls  
  • Find prospects, follow sales leads, discuss terms with potential customers, and convince them to sign a contract.  
  • Identify business opportunities by identifying pure prospects through prospection or tender monitoring, and evaluating their position in the industry.  
  • Prepares sales and marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.  
  • Accountable for the negotiation process and outcome.  
  • Stay proactively informed on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.  
  • Build & validate contact databases and market research (B2B Lead Generation) through Emails, Calls, LinkedIn, Social Media, and other tools  
  • Handle Outbound telemarketing & email campaigns to generate qualified leads  
  • Handle Solution Selling - handles inbound and outbound sales  
  • Signing 4 new clients every quarter. Target is subject to change based on the needs of the Business and upon approval of the Executive Management  
Qualifications
  • Must have a proven experience and track record in closing business deals over the phone or through video call  
  • A minimum of 2-3 years B2B Sales  
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals  
  • Proven track record in prospecting new customers & outbound sales  
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects   
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints  
  • Self-disciplined & self-managed, can work under minimal supervision  
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills  
  • Desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment  
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Applications  
  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail  
  • Can work under pressure and with minimal supervision  
  • Has initiative and can meet deadlines
