The Financial Analyst is responsible for collecting, evaluating, and reporting financial data to

assist organizational decision-making processes.This position demands a senior-level expert with a strong financial background who can efficiently scrape data from many sources, generate operational reports for executive review, and improve financial reporting processes.

 

Responsibilities
  • Gather financial data from various sources, including internal databases, external reports, and third-party platforms.
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of financial information to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  • Create weekly operational reports summarizing key financial metrics and performance indicators.
  • Present findings to the Financial Supervisor (FS) and other stakeholders, highlighting insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Monitor and follow up on invoices to ensure timely payment and accurate financial records.
  • Collaborate with the Accounts Payable team and vendors to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to billing.
  • Improve weekly medical billing financial reporting by implementing processes to compare Monday master operations data with other relevant datasets.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline financial reporting procedures and enhance data accuracy and integrity.
  • Utilize advanced financial modeling techniques and analytical tools to support strategic decision-making.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior analysts, sharing expertise and best practices in financial analysis and reporting.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial analysis or related roles, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Proficiency in data scraping techniques and experience working with large datasets.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial information and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with experience in financial modeling and data visualization.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial insights to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
